Death and the Cat prints [Ordering Info]

As I mentioned in yesterday’s con report for WFC 2012, the pictures I did of Death and the Cat for this short story were quite a hit. In fact, they sold out so fast that many people who wanted one did not even get a chance to place a bid! This kept being pointed out to me throughout the con, and so I’ve decided to do something special.

I am going to be doing a limited run of signed Death and the Cat series prints. As you probably know, all the Death and the Cat pictures are available as prints from my deviantART shoppe, and if you absolutely cannot wait you are welcome to order them directly through that site. But, if you’d like a little something extra with your print (namely, my signature and a custom thank you card) please read on!

For the next two weeks (so until the evening of Wednesday, November 21st) I will be accepting orders for signed Death and the Cat series prints. Simply pick out from the pictures and options below which ones you’d like, and how many, and email me that info at: goldeenogawa@gmail.com along with your mailing address and preferred method of payment. Currently I only accept personal check or PayPal (but you can pay with a credit card through PayPal). Once I receive your order I’ll send you a confirmation email with the total amount owed (including shipping and applicable sales tax) (sorry, Californians) and payment instructions. I will need to receive payment on or before November 22nd, when I’ll be making the order for prints.

What you can get:

Here are the prints I have available, and their respective prices.

So there you have it. I know that deviantART gives you a much wider selection (not to mention mugs!) but I chose these sizes and options because, based on my experience with dA’s print service, they will best represent the original quality of the work. But if you absolutely have your heart set on a 24″x36″ canvas print, let me know and I may be able to make an exception (I just won’t be able to guarantee the quality of the print).

So, once you’ve decided which ones you’d like and how many of each (you can order as many as you like: winter, and therefore Christmas, is coming, after all) I just need to get your order and payment in before November 22nd.

I have no plans to do another print run like this in the foreseeable future, so now is your chance! That, for find me at a con!

Once again, the email address is:

goldeenogawa@gmail.com

And I will need:

The name(s) of the print(s) you would like.

What kind(s) you want.

What finish(es) you want.

How many of each you want.

Your shipping address (so I can calculate the shipping).

And the method by which you’d like to pay.

FINALLY: A note about shipping and tax:

I plan to calculate the shipping charge based on USPS First Class Mail, which is pretty good and reliable. If you’d like extra bells at whistles, like Priority Mail, a tracking number, Express Mail, UPS, FedEx Overnight, etc. please let me know in your email so I can account for that. Or you could ask me to calculate all possible options and you can see the prices before you choose.

And: a 7.75% sales tax will applied to—but only to—orders that ship within the great state of California. You lucky, lucky Oregonians, you.

And that’s all! Any questions (any at all!) shoot me an email at goldeenogawa@gmail.com or tweet to me @GrimbyTweets.

One last thing (sorry) I feel I should point out that, yes, the prices here are a bit higher than those on dA. This is because I have to order these prints, so I’m tacking on a shipping charge in the price, but also because I’ll be taking the time to sign each one and write you a personalized card—this is something you won’t get through dA! And one last reminder: this is a special, one-time offer (at least for these pictures), so, you know, carpe diem; acquirent es and all that.

I hope you all have a fantastic November! Good luck to all you NaNoWriMo-ers out there. I will be doing something sane, like drawing and painting ten pages of full-color comics every week. (Can you feel the sarcasm?)

Cheers all!

~G
